๐ The short version: FormPilot helps account officers send guided form links to customers. We are a tool โ we are not responsible for the accuracy of forms submitted to banks, and we do not store customer banking data.
By accessing or using FormPilot ("the Service"), operated by Syndra Technologies Limited ("Syndra", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including account officers with subscriptions and customers who fill forms via shared links.
FormPilot is a software-as-a-service platform that allows account officers at Nigerian banks and financial institutions to:
Customers who receive form links can fill forms interactively and download a completed PDF. FormPilot does not connect to any bank's internal systems and is not affiliated with any bank.
To access officer features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:
You must not share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription. Each subscription is for one individual officer.
Customers who receive FormPilot links do not need to create an account. By using a form link, customers acknowledge that:
The Officer subscription is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (โฆ) and include applicable taxes.
New officer accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you will be asked to subscribe to continue using officer features.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Payments are processed by Paystack. By subscribing, you agree to Paystack's terms of service. Syndra does not store your card details.
We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice sent to your registered email address. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
FormPilot provides digitised versions of publicly available bank forms for guidance and convenience. We make reasonable efforts to keep form templates current, but:
Account officers are responsible for verifying that submitted forms meet their institution's current requirements before processing them.
The FormPilot platform, including its design, software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Syndra Technologies Limited and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Bank form layouts and designs are the property of the respective banks. FormPilot uses these only to provide a service to licensed banking professionals and claims no ownership over bank form designs.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the FormPilot platform without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Syndra Technologies Limited shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of FormPilot shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform, with or without prior notice.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@formpilot.app. Upon closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
